Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me! I hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide a 24-hour notice. This way, I will be able to adjust my schedule accordingly. I do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and I will do my best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ have become a habit by some clients in the past. You will be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours or no show. Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:
• Less than 24-notice for chemical services:
A deposit equal to 50% of the total service will be required to reschedule your appointment. Any future chemical service appointments would also require a deposit equal to 50% of your service.
• ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of the missed chemical service if they decide to reschedule !
* I enjoy the work I do. It is my passion. However, I do not keep color “in stock” I buy it out of my pocket prior to the appointment scheduled. If a client “no shows” or cancels within the 24 hour period, it is very hard for me to fill that spot. Also, I am out that money I spent on color. I respect your time, please respect mine. I look forward to giving you the colors (or perm) that we have discussed.
